The Shared Mobility Systems project was developed to make urban transportation more efficient, sustainable, and user-focused through a smart mobility platform. Within the project scope, shared transportation assets such as bicycles, scooters, and vehicles were digitally managed, enabling users to access them via mobile applications while allowing all operations to be centrally controlled. This solution addressed fragmented infrastructure, uncontrolled usage, and operational inefficiencies.
The main customer requirement was to expand alternative transportation options in the city, enable fast and easy access for users, and centrally monitor all assets. Unregulated usage, lost equipment, and manual tracking processes were causing significant operational challenges. Therefore, a shared mobility software solution was implemented to digitalize all processes.
As part of the solution, the shared mobility system was integrated with mobile applications, kiosk devices, QR code access infrastructure, locking mechanisms, and centralized management software. Users can locate vehicles, make reservations, and track usage through mobile apps, while operators can monitor and manage all assets in real time.
The project utilized IoT-based device management, GPS tracking, cloud infrastructure, mobile application technologies, and real-time data processing systems. The system was designed with a flexible architecture compatible with payment systems, user authentication, and other transportation platforms, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
Project details included planning vehicle deployment points, analyzing user density, and creating dynamic usage scenarios. All vehicles were integrated into the system, enabling real-time tracking of location, usage duration, and status. A centralized management panel was implemented to control operational processes in detail.
As a result of the project, alternative transportation options increased, user experience improved significantly, and operational efficiency was enhanced. Uncontrolled usage was prevented, and loss and damage rates were reduced. Data-driven management enabled continuous optimization of the system.
Project visuals may include mobile application screens, field vehicle placements, kiosk devices, QR usage scenarios, and management panel interfaces. Drone footage and urban usage scenes add strong visual impact, while user experience visuals enhance credibility.
MEBS Technology handled software development, system integration, field deployment, and operational management end-to-end. With its scalable solutions and expert team, a modern and sustainable urban mobility system was successfully implemented.
